MEGA(X) customer portal

Terms of Use

Effective August 24, 2026

These terms govern authorized use of the MEGA(X) customer portal and supplement the agreements between MEGA(X) and the customer organization.

1. Scope and agreement structure

These Terms apply to the MEGA(X) customer portal, including customer-facing onboarding, project, document, support, learning, workflow, portfolio, and AI-agent information. They supplement the applicable Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, order form, data-processing terms, and other written agreements between MEGA(X) and the customer. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

2. Authorized accounts

Portal access is limited to users authorized by the customer organization or MEGA(X). Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and authentication devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared unless MEGA(X) expressly enables a shared-access method.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the portal only for lawful customer business connected to MEGA(X) services. You may not probe or bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the portal, access another customer’s information, or use the portal to violate another person’s rights.

4. Customer content and instructions

The customer retains its rights in documents, comments, workflow materials, configuration information, and other content submitted to the portal. The customer authorizes MEGA(X) to host, process, display, secure, and transmit that content as necessary to provide contracted services, administer the portal, comply with law, and protect the service.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-agent descriptions, prompts, estimates, suggestions, summaries, and generated material may be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review. The portal does not replace professional, legal, financial, medical, security, or compliance judgment. Customer-approved provider settings and contractual terms govern connected AI services.

6. Third-party platforms

The portal may connect or link to ClickUp, ServiceNow, OpenAI, Anthropic, Workbench, learning platforms, video providers, and other third-party services. Those services remain governed by their own agreements, availability, security practices, and privacy terms. MEGA(X) does not control third-party platforms.

7. Engagement lifecycle and portal access

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, customer portal access ends 60 calendar days after the applicable SOW expiration date. Ending portal access does not delete customer data automatically and does not disable or alter the customer’s existing functionality in its own platforms. Customers should contact MEGA(X) before the access window ends regarding exports, continued portal access, retention requirements, or a new engagement.

8. Confidentiality and security

Each party’s confidentiality obligations are governed primarily by its signed agreements. MEGA(X) uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect portal information. No online service is completely secure, and users must follow customer and MEGA(X) security requirements, including multi-factor authentication when required.

9. Portal availability and changes

MEGA(X) may maintain, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portal features. Planned and unplanned interruptions may occur. Project records maintained in the portal are intended to improve continuity but do not replace the customer’s own required business-continuity, records-management, or backup practices.

10. Suspension and termination

MEGA(X) may restrict or suspend access to protect customers, the portal, or third parties; address suspected misuse; comply with law; enforce contractual rights; or respond to an expired engagement. Suspension of portal access does not itself terminate or modify a separate platform subscription or signed agreement.

11. Ownership

MEGA(X) and its licensors retain rights in the portal, software, interface, templates, documentation, methods, branding, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the portal during authorized access.

12. Disclaimers and responsibility

The warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, dispute terms, and governing law in the applicable signed agreement control. To the extent no signed agreement addresses a matter, the portal is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

MEGA(X) may update these Terms as the portal or legal requirements change. When acceptance is required for a new version, users must review and accept it before continuing. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
